Ingredients

12 ounce tub of whole milk ricotta such as Bellwether Farms (do not use partially skim milk)

3-4 ounces Italian chesnut honey

Fresh berries of your choice

Directions

Place ricotta on a large plate and surround with berries.
Just before serving pour the honey over the top.
Cut ricotta into wedges and serve with the fruit.
Alternately you can cut and plate the ricotta and berries on individual plates and drizzle honey over.
