Due to state laws, we are only able to ship wine to states that allow direct shipment. Some states impose limits on the amount of wine any particular adult may receive by direct shipment. Sending Wine to Another Address
You are welcome to place orders and send them to another address either as gifts or while you’re traveling or vacationing. Simply log in to your account and enter the shipping address you wish to send the order to during checkout.
If you’re sending a gift, you will have the option to add a gift message during checkout.
You are also able to set a future ship date during checkout for any purchases.
When shipments are returned due to 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, incorrect or missing addresses, or other reasons that are not the fault of Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards or the carrier, there will be an additional fee to reship the package.
Additionally, when a refund is requested for a returned package, only the contents of the package are refunded. The original shipping fees are not included unless the package was returned due to an error on behalf of Sonoma-Cutrer or the carrier.
Temperature Controlled Shipping
We offer ice packs to help keep your wine cool. Ice packs are effective for approximately 48 hours in transit. Therefore, we recommend placing your order on Wednesdays by 10 am PST when adding an ice pack to your order. Depending on the destination state, you may need to upgrade to 2nd Day Air for shipping to ensure your ice pack remains effective through delivery.

Returns & Exchanges of Product
Merchandise returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges may be made after 30 days. For purchases made in our Tasting Room, the original receipt is required.
Apparel must be unwashed, unworn, and have the manufacturer’s tags attached.
It is the customer’s responsibility to facilitate the return for refund or exchange at their own expense unless the item is damaged or defective. Items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
