Ingredients
4 (6-oz) cans wild caught tuna in water, drained and flaked
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
2 tsp dried dill
3 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Gently combine tuna and next 5 ingredients; shape into 12 (1-inch-thick) patties.
Cook patties, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
