2¼ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp olive oil
1½ cups marinara sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
3 green onions, sliced
Preheat broiler. Cook chicken, in batches if necessary, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until browned.
Transfer chicken to an 13- x 9-inch broiler-safe dish. Top chicken with marinara sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with onions.
