Spicy Tomato and Feta Skillet Shrimp

3 Tbsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp olive oil
1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
½ cup pitted kalamata olives
½ cup white wine
1 (24-oz) jar arrabbiata sauce
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
Cook garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 1 minute. Add shrimp, and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or just until shrimp are done. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
Add olives and wine to skillet; cook 1 minute, scraping skillet to loosen browned bits. Stir in arrabbiata sauce. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened and thoroughly heated. Stir in shrimp.
Sprinkle with cheese and basil. Serve with Penne with Spinach and Lemon recipe.
