3 Tbsp olive oil

2 (11.6-oz) bacon Caesar salad kits

1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach

1 pint grape tomatoes

½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat broiler with oven rack on second shelf. Place salmon on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with oil; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Toss together salad kit ingredients, spinach, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Flake fish into large pieces, and add to salad. Sprinkle with cheese.
