Grouper with Key Lime Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2¼ lb grouper fillets

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

3 Key limes (or use 1 lime)

⅓ cup mayonnaise

⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a greased rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

  2. Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from limes. Stir together lime zest, lime juice, mayonnaise, yogurt, cilantro, and Worcestershire. Serve sauce with fish.
