Bacon Turkey Burgers

1 (2.52-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
1½ lb ground turkey
1 Tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
6 slices colby-Jack cheese (or use Cheddar-Jack cheese)
6 brioche hamburger buns
Reheat bacon in a large nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp, turning once or twice. Drain; reserve drippings in skillet.
Mix together turkey and seasoning. Shape into 6 patties.
Cook patties in drippings over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Top with cheese; let stand 1 minute until melted.
Serve burgers on buns with bacon.
