Lemon, Dijon, and Thyme Chicken

¼ cup chopped fresh thyme
¼ cup olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ tsp salt
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine thyme, oil, lemon juice, and mustard in a small bowl. Rub mixture on chicken; sprinkle with salt.
Grill chicken, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
