2¼ lb lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook chicken in a large skillet coated with cooking spray 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet.
Add cheese, nuts, honey, and rosemary to skillet; toss. Cook until nuts are fragrant. Return chicken to skillet; cook just until thoroughly heated. Spoon mixture over chicken.
