Coffee Spice Rub

This coffee spice rub is great on red meat. I use it mainly on a tri-tip, but it goes great on all beef. Surprisingly enough though, this rub goes incredibly well with salmon. I challenge you to try this out this summer, not just on the meat of your choice but also on salmon to really taste how versatile this rub is.

    Ingredients

    1 pound finely ground dark roast coffee

    1 cup cumin

    3 1 cup smoked paprika

    1/2 cup garlic powder

    1/2 cup onion powder

    1/2 cup Garam Masala

    1/4 cup black pepper

    Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients well. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
