Cilantro-Lime Crema Chicken

2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved crosswise
1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp lime juice
½ tsp ground cumin
Pound chicken to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet. Rub with seasoning mix.
Cook chicken, in batches if necessary, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.
Meanwhile, combine sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, and cumin. Serve with chicken.
