Almond Butter Chicken

Ingredients
½ cup creamy almond butter or peanut butter
3 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp water
1½ Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp salt, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
2¼ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Combine almond butter, soy sauce, lemon juice, water, syrup, oil, ginger, ¼ tsp salt, and garlic.
Sprinkle chicken with ¼ tsp salt. Cook in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until browned.
Add almond butter mixture to skillet, turning to coat chicken. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated and chicken is done.
