Ingredients

2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 Tbsp olive oil

½ cup chopped onion

1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, cut up and softened

¾ cup chicken broth

1½ Tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Directions

Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Turn chicken, and add onion to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until onion is browned and chicken is done. Remove chicken to a plate; keep warm.
Add cream cheese and broth to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with bagel seasoning. Serve over cauliflower rice.
