Ingredients
6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or use tilapia, mahi mahi, or other white fish)
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp lime juice
2 tsp crushed red pepper
½ tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place fish on a greased rimmed baking sheet.
Whisk together cilantro, oil, lime juice, red pepper, salt, and garlic; drizzle over fish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
