INGREDIENTS

6 (6-oz) salmon fillets

½ cup sweet chili sauce

1 Tbsp sesame oil

¼ tsp crushed red pepper

1 green onion, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish, skin side down, on a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet.

  2. Stir together chili sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper; brush on fish.

  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness of fish, or until fish flakes with a fork. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with onion.
