6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
¼ cup less sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp mirin
2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp ginger paste
2 green onions, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat broiler. Place fish on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Whisk together soy sauce, mirin, oil, honey, garlic, and ginger paste. Brush half of soy sauce mixture on fish.

Broil 5 minutes; brush remaining soy sauce mixture on fish. Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with onions.
