¾ cup fresh basil leaves
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained
¼ cup olive oil
6 (6-oz) skinless salmon fillets
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pulse nuts, basil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, tomatoes, and oil in a food processor until smooth.

Rub mixture all over fish; place fish in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
