INGREDIENTS

6 ciabatta rolls

6 oz ⅓ less fat cream cheese, softened

¼ cup chopped fresh basil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (8-oz) jar sun dried tomatoes

3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1½ cups arugula

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast ciabatta rolls.

  2. Meanwhile, stir together cream cheese, basil, and garlic.

  3. Drain ¼ cup oil from sun-dried tomatoes. Toss together oil and chicken in a bowl.

  4. Spread cream cheese mixture on rolls. Top with arugula, chicken mixture, 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, and roll tops.
