INGREDIENTS

1½ lb salmon fillets

1 tsp dried basil

½ tsp garlic powder

¾ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

2 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise

2 Tbsp prepared horseradish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Sprinkle fillets with basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook fish in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.

  2. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish; serve with fillets.
