INGREDIENTS

2 (10-oz) pkg asparagus tips

1 (8-oz) pkg sugar snap peas

6 (6-oz) salmon fillets

1 (17.8-oz) Caesar salad kit

1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick carrots

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Steam asparagus and snap peas according to package directions; let cool.

  2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet; season with salt and pepper, if desired.

  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes (depending on thickness of fish) to desired doneness. Flake into large pieces.

  4. Meanwhile, prepare salad according to package directions. Add peas and carrots. Divide among 6 plates; top with salmon and asparagus.
