6 cod fillets
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
6 Tbsp pesto
2 lemons, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush fillets with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place cod on a greased grill rack; grill 3 minutes, and turn fish. Top each fillet with 1 Tbsp pesto and 2 to 3 lemon slices.
