Pan-Seared Salmon with Cilantro Butter

3 Tbsp butter, softened
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp lime zest
1 (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 limes, cut into wedges
INSTRUCTIONS

Stir together butter, cilantro, and lime zest in a small bowl. Season with salt, if desired. Set aside.

Sprinkle fish with seasoning. Cook fish in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.

Spread herb butter over fish. Serve with lime wedges.
