INGREDIENTS 

6 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or use tilapia or cod)

2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill (or use 2 tsp dried)

1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

¼ cup capers

1 lemon, cut into wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle fish with desired amount of salt and pepper. Place fish on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

  2. Bake 10 minutes; sprinkle with dill. Bake 2 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork.

  3. Meanwhile, combine sour cream and capers; serve sauce with fish. Squeeze lemon wedges over fish.
