1 (10-oz) pkg frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, bell peppers, and celery)

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 (14.5-oz) cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano

1 Tbsp Creole seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Sauté chicken and seasoning blend in hot oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes.
