Creamy Caper-Garlic Chicken

2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
¼ cup drained capers
3 Tbsp minced garlic
¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
¾ cup heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

Melt butter in same skillet over medium heat. Add capers and garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add broth and cream; cook 5 minutes or until thickened. Return chicken to skillet, turning to coat with sauce.
