2 Tbsp olive oil
¾ cup apricot preserves
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt

Cook chicken in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side.
