INGREDIENTS

2¼ lb grouper fillets

1 Tbsp salt free Cajun seasoning, divided

¾ tsp salt, divided

¾ tsp pepper, divided

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup less sodium chicken broth

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Sprinkle fish with 1 tsp seasoning and ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook fish in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.

  2. Meanwhile, bring cream, broth, 2 tsp seasoning, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; reduce heat to medium, and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve sauce with fish. Sprinkle with parsley.
