INGREDIENTS

6 (6-oz) grouper fillets

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

¼ cup butter

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

1 lemon, cut into wedges

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of fish, and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Repeat procedure with 2 Tbsp butter and remaining fish.

  2. Transfer fish to a plate. Pour any butter remaining in pan over fish; sprinkle with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
