Balsamic-Blue Cheese Chicken

INGREDIENTS
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 sliced
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or use 1 tsp dried)
¼ cup balsamic glaze
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove from skillet.

Add onion, garlic, and rosemary to skillet; cook 7 to 8 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in balsamic glaze. Serve onion mixture with chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
