INGREDIENTS

6 (6-oz) grouper fillets

2 Tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ cup crème fraîche

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp minced capers

1 Tbsp minced fresh dill

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brush fish with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook fish, in batches if necessary, in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.

  3. Stir together crème fraîche, mustard, lemon juice, capers, and dill. Serve with fish.
